HI, I AM VERONIKA

Personal trainer and online coach focused on sustainable fitness and long-term progress.

I’ve coached over 200 people both in the gym and online, helping them move past confusion, second-guessing, and lack of direction with their training.

Instead of feeling anxious or unsure, they gain confidence in what they’re doing, how to train properly, and how to make changes that actually stick in real life.

Some of them simply wanted to feel stronger and more in control of their routine. Others went on to do things they never thought they would - like entering their first powerlifting competition.

With over 5+ years of coaching experience and more than 12 years of training behind me, I’ve seen how much of the fitness industry relies on trends, pressure, and “all or nothing” thinking. That approach works for some people - but not for most.

My work focuses on building strength, confidence, and consistency without needing to perform, prove yourself, or turn fitness into your whole personality.

The goal isn’t to impress anyone.
It’s to feel capable, grounded, and confident in your body and your choices.
